President's Message
Dear Harvard Alumni,
It is an honor and a privilege to accept the role of President of the Harvard University Alumni Association of South Africa (HUASA).
The outgoing President and Leadership have set a precedent of excellence, and I am grateful for the foundation they've laid on which we will continue to build. Your contributions will forever be woven into the future of HUASA.
As we look to the future, we have assembled an exceptional leadership team that will bring a wealth of experience, talent, and enthusiasm to the future of HUASA, which will advance our community's growth and success.
Our goal is to connect the South African Harvard alumni and foster meaningful relationships by prioritizing the following during the 2024-25 year:

Developing a strategy to keep the Club active and members engaged.

Collaborating with HAA, Middle East, and Africa Region.

Engaging with the (new) Harvard Jewish Alumni Alliance.

Participating in HAA and Global events.

Collaborating with the Harvard Center for African Studies & Harvard Schools.
I am excited about the opportunities ahead and eager to collaborate with each of you. Your input will be invaluable as we realize our shared vision for HUASA while upholding Harvard’s values of purpose, excellence, integrity, and leadership.
